Dear Parents/Guardians and Seniors,
Patriot High School is proud to announce that our Class of 2024 graduation ceremony is scheduled for May 28th, 2024, at 6:00 pm at Jurupa Valley High School Stadium. As this momentous time in your lives draws near, all of us feel the excitement in the air. Now, more than ever, every senior must strive to remain focused to ensure participation in the graduation ceremony remains secured.
TICKET INFORMATION: Each graduate will be allowed 5 tickets for the graduation ceremony. If your student has completed their FASFA and provided the College and Career Center with proof of completion by the deadline of March 2nd, they may be entitled to two additional tickets. Ticket allocation is based on stadium seating capacity and the number of graduates. We may have a limited number of additional tickets available for purchase; first come, first served. If additional tickets are available, students may purchase up to two additional tickets starting Monday, May 6th with Ms. Lana Maley in the front office for $10 a ticket. Students will receive their graduation tickets at graduation practice. Please take note of the following information regarding the ceremony:
- Children over the age of 3 will need a ticket to attend the graduation ceremony.
- Seating is first come, first served.
- Unopened water bottles are allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Admission to the ceremony is by ticket only (no re-entry).
- No air horns, noisemakers, or balloons are allowed on the field or in the audience.
MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICE: All graduates must attend practice. Graduation practice is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28th at 9:30 am in the PHS gym. Students will receive their graduation tickets at graduation practice.
GRADUATION: All students will be searched upon entering the staging area. No inappropriate material will be allowed on the field. Please take note of the following information regarding the ceremony:
- Only issued graduation attire will be allowed on gowns. No money leis, flower leis, buttons, flowers, etc. Only administrative-approved sashes (AVID, CSF, Honor Cords & Medallions).
- No air horns, noisemakers, or balloons are allowed on the field or in the audience.
- Graduates will be assigned seats in alphabetical order.
- Any graduates disrupting the ceremony will be removed immediately.
- Dress attire for graduates: Business casual.
- Seniors involved in serious disciplinary incidents before graduation may not be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony.

NO SUNGLASSES.
NO INAPPROPRIATE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED ON FIELD.
Business Attire (dress shirt, tie, dress) NO Tennis shoes, flip flops, slippers, t-shirts.
NO Sashes or Stoles that have not been provided by PHS.
NO money / flower leis during ceremony.
